Orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days. For domestic orders within India, shipping is free on purchases above ₹5,000. Orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
International shipping is free on orders above ₹40,000 or approximately USD $500. Delivery is typically completed within 7–10 business days, although delays may occur due to customs clearance. Duties and taxes for international shipments are additional and must be paid directly to the shipping provider upon delivery, as per the import regulations of the destination country.
We allow size exchanges only, and solely for the same product, style, and colour originally ordered. For eligible return requests, return shipping is covered once. Please note, we are unable to process any complaints or claims reported more than two days after delivery.

• Dry-clean first, then gently wash with mild detergent and cool or lukewarm water – by hand or machine.
• Iron with medium heat.
• Do not bleach.
• Use a gentle cycle and avoid overloading your washer. Remember, this garment is made with love and meant to last. Treat it with care!

If you are not happy with the product delivered, we will exchange a unused product within 7 days. Once we receive the returned item Zebein India will exchange the product.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a exchange.
Zebein India will not issue refunds or take return or exchange for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
We will not accept the exchange product without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
Exchanged items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for exchange or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment
