Orders are dispatched within 7-10 business days. For domestic orders within India, shipping is free on purchases above ₹10,000. Orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout ₹300.

International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method. Delivery is typically completed within 20 business days, although delays may occur due to customs clearance. Duties and taxes for international shipments are additional and must be paid directly to the shipping provider upon delivery, in accordance with the import regulations of the destination country.

We allow size exchanges only, and solely for the same product, style, and colour originally ordered. Return shipping is covered once for eligible domestic orders. Please note that we do not offer size or product exchanges for international orders. Additionally, we are unable to process any complaints or claims reported more than two days after delivery.
Sarees
Your order for saree will be shipped within 12–15 business days from the date of order.

• Dry-clean first, then gently wash with mild detergent and cool or lukewarm water – by hand or machine.
• Iron with medium heat.
• Do not bleach.
• Use a gentle cycle and avoid overloading your washer. Remember, this garment is made with love and meant to last. Treat it with care!

If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer an exchange for unused products within 7 days of delivery.
Once we receive the returned item, the exchange will be processed. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your return to be received and completed.

Sarees are not eligible for return or exchange.

• We cannot process an exchange without receiving the product or valid proof of return delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items not meeting these criteria may be ineligible for exchange or may incur a restocking fee.
• Zebein India is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
