At the checkout page, shipping charges will be calculated for orders below INR 5,000. However, any orders above INR 5,000 will be shipped for free.

When it comes to refunds, we only provide them in certain situations. These include non-availability of products, genuine quality or manufacturing defects, or if you receive the wrong product. The refund will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days of processing. Please note that we cannot accept any complaints reported more than two days after delivery.

If you need to exchange an item, we only allow size exchanges for the same product, style, and colour that you originally purchased. Again, please report any complaints within two days of delivery. For eligible return items, return shipping costs are free. Keep in mind that free-size garments cannot be exchanged or returned.
