If you wish to exchange an item, we only permit size exchanges for the identical product, style, and colour that you initially purchased. For eligible return items, the shipping costs for returns are covered once. Please note that free-size garments cannot be exchanged or returned. Additionally, we are only able to accept complaints reported up to two days after delivery.
